REFUND POLICY
Returns & Refunds policy:
In case you want to *cancel your order go to your grocery bay account select on "cancel" option beside your order in the order section.
(Once the order is in transit it cannot be cancelled.)
Conditions for returns:
In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
1. If you are not satisfied with our products or it turns out to be faulty , you can mail us and return your products within 2 days after receiving it and get your full refund.
2. If any damage has been done to your products in the time of transit , Grocery Bay will be liable for it and it will be exchanged with good ones.
3. Refund will be made within 7 working days after raising dispute.

Returning Goods
Our Delivery Execuitive will picked up the order from your doorstep.
Gifts:
If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
